Let’s explore the Most Beautiful River in Dominican Republic, a Blue river located in Salcedo in the heart of a mountain.
The adventure begins at 6:00 AM at the meeting point where we start driving to the Breakfast Stop (7:30AM) after breakfast we continue driving until we reach the start of the adventure.
This is were the hiking begins , the estimate time is 3-4 hour, the mostly of time swimming and having fun in the natural pool and waterfalls, enjoying the most blue and fresh waters.(Don’t know how to swim?, it doesn’t matter, life jackets are included).
The difficulty level of the route is medium-high Its recommended to be in good physical condition and healthy. A certain level of resistance is required, it has many ups and downs.
At the end of the route ( we coming back to a local home to taste the flavors of local cuisine, a delicious typical made by the best hands of the countryside. Menu: The Dominican Flag (Rice, Reed Beans & stew chiken) can be lightly modified (vegan cases).
